How to Use

1. Apply massage oil to your palms to warm up the oil

2. With a firm but gentle touch, begin to glide your hands over the areas shown

3. Move in the direction of the arrows

4. Repeat each movement 3-5 times

*Shake well before use to disperse the mica particles. Best used after a bath or shower right after drying off. Keep away from eyes.
